Allied ProfessionalsCare Force Consulting is delighted to be collaborating with the following health, fitness and wellbeing practitioners:
Dawnn is a hugely experienced and talented sports massage therapist who has come from New York and has a background of working with many and varied clients including touring with Broadway casts. She practices primarily around the Bath area but is prepared to travel - even as far as New York for her loyal clients!
I have known Rachel for 37 years! She has a thriving hypnotherapy, mindfulness and NLP (neurolinguistic programming) coaching business based in Birmingham. She has great success working with children and adults with a wide range of stress, anxiety and pain related symptoms.
Penny is an experienced dairy farmer, counsellor and former Royal British Legion disability officer. She founded The Farm-Able Project to offer fantastic opportunities for military veterans and members of the emergency services to help them on their recovery journeys. Men and women affected by physical or mental trauma can come to continue their therapy and personal development immersed in the outdoors, taking part in all practical skills associated with animals and the countryside.
It is thanks to Kim that Care Force Consulting has been able to get off the ground this year. She has welcomed me into her studio at Glove Factory and we are now working together to bring you our first wellness seminar in the Spring. Kim has been practising and teaching hypnotherapy for many years and her main areas of expertise are in sleep and anxiety management.
I have been lucky enough to train with Tom over the last 3 years since my back injury. He is an extremely knowledgable and experienced personal trainer who works with clients across many different disciplines and has online services available for those who can’t travel to him. Tom is able to design programmes for all levels of fitness and work with you around any injuries.
I am thrilled to be able to collaborate with Kate, who is a very experienced nutritional therapist based in Bath and London. Like me, she uses a Functional Medicine approach. She helps her patients achieve fantastic results, especially those with neurological, digestive and autoimmune complaints. She and I are able to discuss clients and cross refer if required to ensure that we get the best possible results for each individual.
I have Debbie to thank for first pointing me in the direction of Functional Medicine - her enthusiasm for personal betterment on all levels is infectious! She is an experienced and enthusiastic Pilates instructor who can work with you one-to-one or in a group setting around the Bath area.
David is a fellow military veteran and highly motivated and knowledgable physical therapist with a thriving solo practice near Telford. He works with the veterans community and with sports clients in injury recovery and injury prevention. He and I are joining forces this Spring to offer educational seminars as well as joint Integrative Medicine and Physical Therapy assessments, work up and management plans. We are in the process of securing funding from military charities to help make this more affordable to veterans.
Phil is an extremely experienced sports coach and avid brain-health researcher with a completely holistic approach to optimising sports performance and wellness. He and I will be working together from Spring 2018 to deliver educational seminars and offering joint consultations and blood investigations for those keen to take their health and sports performance to the next level.
Elaine has been a therapist for over 25 years and is passionate about the very high standards of service that she gives her clients. As well as traditional beauty therapies, Elaine offers the holistic treatment options of Reflexology and Reiki at her cosy, purpose-built lodge on her family farm near Frome. I highly recommend taking some time for yourself and recharging at Meadow Lodge.
